I usually ship art prints with a tracking number, so you can easily keep an eye on your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. My packaging and shipping process ensures that your art print arrives in perfect condition, without any damage.
Do you offer returns?
Since each piece is unique and printed specifically for your order, I’m afraid I cannot offer returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to me! If there’s anything wrong with your order or if you notice an issue upon delivery, please reach out, and we’ll work together to resolve it.
Are all works limited edition?
Yes, all my works are sold in limited editions, which means that each piece is unique and only available in a limited number of copies. It’s clearly indicated on each product whether it’s a limited edition. Additionally, each print comes with a certificate of authenticity, so you can be sure you’re receiving a genuine and unique artistic experience.
Can I order a print in a different size or with a frame?
In my online shop, you can easily choose from the available formats. If you’d like a different size or framing option, please don’t hesitate to contact me, and we can discuss your preferences and find a solution that works for you.
How long will it take to receive my print?
Framed and unframed prints usually take about 1 to 4 weeks from the time I receive your order to reach their final destination.
Can I buy a picture that’s not available in the shop?
Absolutely! If you’ve seen an image on my social media, like Instagram or Facebook, that you’d like to purchase but isn’t in the shop, feel free to reach out to me directly. I’m looking forward to helping you!
How can I pay?
If you’d like to pay in Swedish kronor, you can easily use PayPal. Alternatively, if you prefer Swish, just contact me, and we can arrange that. I want to make your experience as smooth as possible!
