Artist Talk
This recorded artist talk took place in connection with the exhibition Dreams and Hopes at Södertälje Konsthall.
In dialogue with curator Sarah Gaurino Werner, I reflect on my photographic practice, how I began working with photography, the experiences that have shaped my visual language, and how my work moves in relation to queer identity, the body, and the gaze.
I also speak about my work with the QueerKraft cultural association, and how art and organizing can come together as a shared method for visibility and change.
