Over the years, I’ve come to truly understand and value myself — not just as an artist and photographer, but as a person who has built everything from the ground up.
I don’t come from a network of contacts. I don’t have connections, protégés, or influential names backing me. Every opportunity I’ve had, every project I’ve completed, every exhibition or collaboration — I’ve earned on my own, through persistence, self-discipline, and a constant push to evolve my craft.
This journey hasn’t been easy. There were moments when I questioned if it was possible to make it on talent and hard work alone in an industry that often relies heavily on who you know. But I stayed focused. I invested in myself — my education, my skills, and most importantly, my vision.
And now, I’m honored to share that I have been selected to participate in the Hasselblad Foundation’s Photo Salon 2025. Out of 1,311 photographers and artists from across Sweden, the jury chose 40 — and I’m grateful to be one of them.
This moment is more than an achievement; it’s a reminder that dedication and integrity matter. That you don’t need shortcuts or favors when you believe in what you do and are willing to commit fully to it.
I simply want to thank everyone who has supported my work — not because of connections, but because they genuinely believe in the value of it.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
