This recorded artist talk took place in connection with the exhibition Drömmar och hopp at Södertälje konsthall.
In conversation with curator Sarah Gaurino Werner, I reflect on my photographic practice—how I began working with photography, the experiences that have shaped my visual language, and how my work engages with queer identity, the body, and the gaze.
The conversation also addresses questions of representation and position: what it means to work within a field where identity is often simplified, and how I aim to create images that open up complexity rather than provide fixed answers.
I also speak about my work within QueerKraft Kulturförening, and how art and organizing can intersect as a shared method for visibility and change.
Note: The conversation is in Swedish. English subtitles may be added in the future.
